FibeRio’s first system utilizing Forcespinning Technology™ is the Cyclone LS 1000S. Its versatility, ease of use compact design and high yields enable users to expand the limits of nanofiber research and applications!
- No dielectric solution or high voltages required, which enables more materials to be drawn into the nanoscale!
- Average fiber diameters are 250nm and continue to decline. Fibers below 100nm have been recorded.

Melt and Solution Spinning – Polymers, Conductive Polymers, Ceramics, and Low Temperature Metals
The Cyclone LS 1000M will provide integrated melt and solution spinning capabilities. Forcespinning Technology™ does not rely on electrostatic force, therefore, it enables high performance in melt spinning The Cyclone LS 1000M will be able to process polymers, conductive polymers, ceramics and metals with low melt points. Melt spinning with Forcespinning Technology™ does not require dielectric salts, therefore, you can spin pure nanofibers.
